Opportunity

My family is in the Real Estate business, and I've had the opportunity to learn a lot about the business, and develop graphics for different properties. A year prior to building, my dad suggested I develop an AR Product to help showcase space to potential tenants. After some time, I decided to give it a shot!

Process

For this project, I built on the Vision Pro with Unity PolySpatial, and it was a fantastic experience - the on device renderering is just amazing. I spent time making sure I could do the graphics justice, by practicing building various 3D Real Estate models, so that I could realistcally place it in space over the current model. Once that was all set up, I found the right location, scanned the property, re-built the designs, and the prototype followed from there.

This project is in further development, but so far reactions have been good and people really like the concept.
